Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal's rally from Mumbai to Roha in Maharashtra is under way. The main purpose of this event is to set the agenda for his Aam Aadmi Party(AAP) in Maharashtra. Arvind Kejriwal has prepared a black paper to counter the Maharashtra Government's White Paper on irrigation in the state.
