Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday came out with his own black paper on the Maharashtra Irrigation Scam at a party rally in Roha in Maharashtra. Saying that the Maharashtra government's White Paper on the issue was a white wash, he sought an SIT probe into the case and also resignation of the Water Resources Minister Sunil Tatkare. In his address to members of the public, he blamed almost all the political parties of being involved in corruption and termed land grabbing the biggest scam in the country.
