RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav and JD(U) leader Nitish Kumar, who recently joined hands after more than 20 years of political rivalry, will hold their second rally in Chhapra on Sunday.

Lalu and Nitish have forged an alliance for by-polls for 10 Assembly seats scheduled to be held in Bihar on August 21.
