The luncheon meeting is to be followed by dinner with other UPA partners at the PM's residence this evening. The meetings come as the government looks to firm up its strategy and put up a united front to face the Opposition in the upcoming winter session of Parliament. However, the BJP has squaffed at the PM's dinner diplomacy.
