The Prime Minister has called a meeting of his full Council of Ministers today, surprisingly only the third time in this term that Dr Manmohan Singh has called in his entire team for a single meeting. The PM is expected to set individual ministry targets to be achieved in the remaining tenure of the government, with the stress on economic revival. The meeting comes after the Prime Minister carried out reshuffle of his Council of Ministers on Sunday by inducting 17 new faces and re-assigning responsibilities, especially to young ministers.
