Chief minister Narendra Modi is likely to contest from a new constituency in the assembly elections to be held in December this year. If sources close to the development are to be believed, he may contest either from Ellisbridge or Ghatlodia. Modi had contested the last two assembly elections from Maninagar constituency in Ahmedabad.
