A Delhi University student is facing a police case for taking the UP administration officials for a ride .. By enjoying all the trappings of a state cabinet minister. after claiming to be the member of a non-existent UP advisory council. The student Udhbhav Shukla allegedly showed officials in the Basti district fake documents purportedly signed by the chief minster stating that he was a state minister. For two days, the officials gave him a red-beaconed car and even a police escort vehicle. It was only after some SP workers called up the senior leader Shivpal Yadav that the fraud was exposed. In the meantime, Shukla had even presided over a function organised by experts from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences that was attended by the district Chief Medical Officer.
