The Mumbai Police seems to be having trouble in recording Preity Zinta's statement in the molestation case filed by the actor against her former beau and business partner Ness Wadia . Sources close to the development have said that the Bollywood actor is not cooperating with the police to record her statement. Sources in the Mumbai police have said that the 39-year-old actor has not been responding to their calls to record her statement in the molestation case and is only keeping in touch with her lawyer, who in turn is communicating with the police. According to reports, police officials are ready to record the statement at a location that is convenient for the actor. Investigators want to find out from the 39-year-old co-owner of Kings XI Punjab which was the exact spot where the alleged incident took place at the South Mumbai stadium and who all were around at the time.
