Sonia's stern message to party leaders will be coming ahead of the Cabinet reshuffle, that could take place either today or latest by tomorrow afternoon before President Pranab Mukherjee leaves on his 2-day Kashmir visit. Alternately the government could finalise the reshuffle on Friday after his return. The narrow window for the cabinet reshuffle is on account of superstition playing its part in the exercise.
