Former Gujarat IPS officer Sanjeev Bhatt wrote an open letter to Gujarat chief minister Narendra Modi on Saturday, questioning the timing of Modi's Google+ Hangout chat. Bhatt accused Modi of distancing himself from the Naroda Patiya verdict. Bhatt also wrote a letter to Maya Kodnani. "How as a woman and a doctor Kodnani could incite the kind of violence in Naroda Patiya," he wrote. Modi interacted with netizens online on Google Plus hangout on Friday. However, the online session was disrupted for a few minutes after the Google server cashed due to huge traffic. The chat was organised on the day when BLP MLA Maya Kodnani and others were handed out punishments in the Naroda Patiya case. However, no questions were raised regarding the verdict.
