Once again the monster of Ragging has resurfaced and this time it is in Uttar Pradesh. This incident took place in Lucknow's Bheem Rao Ambedkar Hostel. Vipin Kannaujia a student of B-Tech was allegedly beaten black and blue by his seniors after he refused to cook for them. Vipin alleges that three of his seniors asked him to cook something for them when Vipin refused to do so he was locked and beaten up in his room. Police has arrested one of the students while other two are absconding.
