There have been unprecedented scenes of violence in Jharkhand State Congress office at Ranchi and in the eye of the cyclone is Union Minister Subodh Kant Sahay. His supporters clashed with those of Jharkhand Congress President Pradeep Balmuchu. The violence ensued when Congress was discussing the defeat of Subosh Kant Sahay's brother Sunil in the Hatia assembly bye-election in Jharkhand.
