The BJP central leadership has summoned Chief Minister D V Sadananda Gowda to New Delhi. This comes close on the heels of two warring factions in the party's state cadre.The two factions of BS Yeddyurappa and Sadananda Gowda continue to cross swords over the leadership issue and the party leadership is eager to resolve the issue. The BJP is wary that this internal strife may allow the Opposition Congress edgeways to fill in the vaccuum. Gowda would fly to New Delhi on July 2 and meet BJP President Nitin Gadkari, among other central leaders.
