According to sources Virbhadra Singh is likely to submit his resignation from the Union Cabinet today. Emboldened by the Shimla court order slapping charges of conspiracy and corruption against Union minister Virbhadra Singh and his wife, Team Anna demanded his resignation from the Union Cabinet. The group also saw this as a vindication of its demand for an independent probe into corruption allegations against the PM and 14 Cabinet ministers.
