The verdict on Tata Motors' appeal against a trial court order upholding the Singur Land Rehabilitation and Development Act 2011 will be pronounced on Friday by the Calcutta High Court. A division bench comprising justices Pinaki Chandra Ghosh and M K Chaudhuri, which heard the appeal, has scheduled the matter for order today.
