Mounting a sharp attack on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi today accused the Centre of inflicting "maximum damage" on the country's federal structure and said UPA government should not last "even a moment longer". "There is no scope for any of our dreams getting fulfilled when such a government is in power at the Centre," Modi told a public rally organised by BJP here on conclusion of its national executive meeting.
