Things looking grim on the economic front. The rupee continues its slide, reaching fresh lows of nearly 56 against the dollar. The slide coming on the back of reduced risk appetite as talk of Greece preparing to exit from the Euro Zone keeps investors on edge. This is the sixth consecutive day that the rupee has fallen to a record low. The markets in turn, really wilting under the depreciating Rupee. But they have recovered slightly from the days lows. While the Sensex continues to trade below the 16,000 level, down by about half a percent, the Nifty is trading above the 4,800 mark. The declining Rupee is the biggest concern for foreign investors.
