Holy city and the cultural capital of the country -- Varanasi -- is expected to witness a multi-cornered contest with all major political parties fielding strong contestants against BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi, who is contesting for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls for the first time outside Gujarat.

According to reports, the Congress's Central Election Committee is expected to meet today to finalise its fourth list for the Lok Sabha elections. There are speculations that the party might field Digvijaya Singh against BJP's Narendra Modi from Varanasi.
