The Sessions Court hearing Nupur Talwar's bail petition has reserved its order for the time being. Nupur Talwar will be sent to Dasna jail, Ghaziabad at 4 pm today. Earlier in the day, a special CBI court hearing the matter had refused Nupur Talwar any relief, in the matter. The defense had argued for leniency saying that Nupur was an aggrieved in the case, and that an arrest would only accentuate her trauma. The CBI had however opposed the bail plea, saying that Nupur had not cooperated with authorities earlier.
