Mumbai's local trains services have taken a hit, after a midnight fire in a signal cabin between Kurla and Vidyavihar stations. A short circuit is being suspected behind the fire. Services have now been partially resumed, but trains are now running 25 to 45 minutes late on an average. The trains have to be piloted manually between the affected stretch
