The Maoist deadline for the release of jailed rebels in exchange for BJD MLA Jhina Hikaka ends today. But so far the state Government has not revealed how many rebels it plans to release for the MLA. So far none of the 29 prisoners whose release the rebels have set as a pre-condition have sought bail yet.
