Army Chief has taken a stand on the land claimed by Himachal Pradesh government, ha said that army cannot give land as it needs it for strategic purposes. Himachal Pradesh Chief Minister P K Dhumal had taken up Annandale ground issue with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.
