While addressing the NCTC meet over Maoists issue Home minister Chidambaram said that Maoists were the biggest threat to India and Assam has become the new theater for Maoist groups. Crucial meeting of the Chief Ministers with the Home Minister and the Prime Minister on internal security is being held in New Delhi today.
