Ghaziabad court has issued a non-bailable warrant against Nupur Talwar in Aarushi Talwar's murder case. CBI had demanded that the court issue an arrest warrant against Nupur Talwar. She wasn't present at the court today. However it is not yet clear as to when the CBI will arrest her.
