NRI businessman Ravi Rishi who owns the Vectra Group and is a majority shareholder in Tatra trucks, has been summoned by the CBI. The summon is in connection with the Army Chief's claim of being offered a 14 crore bribe for clearing sub-standard equipment. Meanwhile a team from CBI will be meeting Army Chief General VK Singh to probe his bribery allegation.
