Tibetans have been protesting outside Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi against the arrival of Chinese President Hu Jintao in the country for the BRICS Summit. This is not the first incident of this kind. Recently a Tibetan protestor self-immolated him outside Jantar Mantar, he dies yesterday. Delhi police has taken severe measures to control such protests.
