Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal met President Pratibha Patil over clemency plea of Balwant Singh Rajoana. Rajoana is a co-accused in the killing of former Punjab Chief Minister Beant Singh in 1995. Sikhs in Punjab are protesting against the execution of Balwant Singh. President Pratibha Patil has to decide over clemency plea of Beant Singh's killer Balwant Singh Rajoana.
