It's a day of reckoning for the BJP over its latest crisis in Karnataka as the 48-hour deadline given by BS Yeddyurappa to reinstate him as Chief Minister of the state is set to expire today. Remember Yeddyurappa has been hosting about 60 MLAs loyal to him in a resort in Bangalore for the past 2 days.. Yeddy's supporters claim to have received positive feedback from the BJP top brass about reinstating their leader, but demand that the high command clears its intent by 9:30 am today. The latest crisis has also cast a shadow on the upcoming budget session which is set to begin, although Yeddy's supporters say they will attend the session.
