Sources have told NewsX that Congress will stake claim to form government in Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat is in touch with independent MLAs. Harish Rawat as of now is the frontrunner for CM's post. Whereas BJP too decides to stake claim for government formation in Uttarakhand, BJP leaders Rajnath Singh and Anant Kumar is in Dehradun for consultations.
