The Supreme Court will today hear the Army chief General V K Singh's petition over the ongoing age row. Gen Singh moved the apex court against the government order asking his date of birth to be set as 10th May 1950 in all army records. Gen Singh contends, he was born the same day in 1951. He is the first Army Chief to drag the government to court.
