4 more deaths have been reported through last night and early this morning. The report of the 2 member team lead by Dr Tridib Banerjee was tabled before the health secy Friday. Several recommendations have been given. This includes expanding the SNCU to 20 beds from existing 12 also 4 more SNCU trained docs will be joining by the end of Feb there are also talks of expanding the pediatric ward at present there are 90 beds but at any given point in time, more than 200 patients get admitted.
