India News: A Delhi court is likely to pronounce its sentence on Shahzad Ahmed today, who was convicted last week in the controversial 2008 Batla house encounter case.
Arguing that there were no mitigating circumstances favouring the accused, the prosecution had demanded Shahzad be sentenced to death.
