4 flights have been cancelled and 5 flights have been delayed t IGI airport due to dense fog at Delhi's IGI Airport. The Minimum Temp at IGI this morning has been registered to be 8.3 degresses C, and visibility conditions were extremely poor. In fact all of North India seems to be in the grips of bitterly cold weather. Dense fog enveloped many parts of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh today affecting normal life.
