India News: A juvenile court in Delhi today heard final arguments but delayed making a verdict against a minor charged in the gang rape late last year of a 23-year-old woman on a moving bus in New Delhi, which led to her death and sparked a nationwide outpouring of grief and outrage. The Juvenile Justice Board will return on July 25 to decide the case against an 18-year-old man accused of participating in the gang rape late last year, in which the victim died days later of injuries sustained in the attack, according to a lawyer for the prosecution.
