India News : All India Congress Committee (AICC) chief Sonia Gandhi sending out positive signals, the process of formation of government in Jharkhand moved a step further on Wednesday.

Congress sources said Gandhi has approved the formation of a government, which is likely to be in place by July 10. "Almost all issues barring a few minor points have been settled and the nitty-gritty will be resolved in a couple of days."
