India News : Nine years after Ishrat Jahan was shot dead by the Gujarat police in an "encounter", the CBI on Wednesday filed a charge sheet here naming seven policemen as accused. Politicians put forward their views on the government, CBI chargesheet that was submitted yesterday in Gujarat High Court and also about Ishrat Jahan case being a fake encounter case.
