India News : Even as citizens are yet to come to terms with skyrocketing prices of onion, rates of another important vegetable "tomato" has soared in the national capital due to supply crunch.

Prices of tomato has risen to Rs 70 a kg in retail in Delhi on Wednesday against Rs 15-20 a kg 10 days back, however wholesale price is Rs 60-62 a kg.
