J&K's ruling National Conference has alleged an Army plot behind the spate of terror attacks in the Valley today. The NC's General Secretary Mustafa Kamal has spoken to NewsX's Suhail Bukhari saying the Army fears the withdrawal of the Armed Forces Special Powers Act will expose its uglier side in the valley which is why 4 attacks have taken place in the valley within 5 hours.
