With no consensus emerging after talks between Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and K Chandrasekhar Rao on Monday, the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) chief has threatened to intensify agitation over a separate Telangana state. Rao said he may also go on a "fast unto death" to intensify the movement for a separate state.
