SC quashes the bail granted to Pune stud farm owner Hasan Ali Khan in a money laundering case. The apex court quashed bail offered by the Bombay High Court on August 12. The Enforcement Directorate, which challenged the bail held that Khan through his foreign bank accounts reveal his assocaition with international arms dealer Adnan Khashoggi,. It had aklso alleged that in 2003, 300 million dollars was apparently received by Khan from Khassogi from sale of weapons.
