Security arrangements have been made for Vaghela, who would be fasting outside Sabarmati Ashram. The venue is barely 5 kms away from Modi's fast venue. Police has given permission for assembly of 500 people. Congress' fast begins an hour earlier, ends 2 hours later from Modi's fast on all 3 days.
