India News: With the BJP's national executive — consisting of close to 300 members including top leaders and chief ministers - set to meet in Goa today, the scales are tipping in favour of a clear picture that Narendra Modi will be the BJP's face in the run up to the Lok Sabha polls.
BJP general secretary Rajiv Pratap Rudy said he "expected" party president Rajnath Singh to send a "clear-cut message" on the leadership question in Goa.
