India News: On 25 May 2013, Naxalite insurgents of the Communist Party of India (Maoist) attacked a convoy of Indian National Congress leaders in the Darbha Valley in the Sukma district of Chhattisgarh. The attack caused 29 deaths, including that of former state minister Mahendra Karma and Chhattisgarh Congress chief Nand Kumar Patel.

This sensitive issue has become a matter of politics as people who deceased belong to congress, but Chhattisgarh state is governed by BJP.

India News editor-in-chief Deepak Chaurasia organised a debate to do discussion on this vital issue in which various panelist participated which includes veteran journalist N K Singh, former CBI director Joginder Singh, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam, social activist Swami Agnivesh.
