India News: Chamel Singh was tortured to death by the Pakistani officials in January this year. Now it is Sarabjit Singh who is battling for his life in a hospital in Lahore. Chamel Singh, a native of Jammu & Kashmir died under mysterious circumstances in the Lahore Central Jail. A comprehensive post-mortem report suggested that Chamel Singh succumbed to inhuman torture inflicted upon him by the Pakistan police.
