The Congress Party lashed out at Public Account Committee (PAC) Chairman and Senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi over allegation of influencing Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) officials, levelled by former DG, Post and Telecommunication at CAG, R P Singh. Congress leader Jagdambika Pal said that the allegations made against Joshi are very serious in the nature and some of his party colleagues are demanding a debate and some are even demanding a probe into the matter.
