US President Donald Trump said North Korea has the potential to become an “economic powerhouse” ahead of a second day of talks with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi. Trump added he is in “no rush” when it comes to North Korea’s denuclearisation, so long as the North refrains from nuclear tests.
