Impressive drone video showed a sea of cherry blossom trees blooming in southern China as they come into season.
The gorgeous scene, filmed in Sanming City in Fujian Province on February 23, shows a large number of cherry blossoms blooming at a 1333-square-metre cherry blossom grove, attracting thousands of tourists.
Fujian province is known to have good weather conditions that make the blossom season last much longer there than usual.
There were around six kinds of cherry blossoms planted in the grove and the blossom season can last for around three months, from late February to early May, while in less hospitable regions it lasts only around 20 days.
