Honey Chilli Chicken is a restaurant style starter recipe. It is a perfect combination of slightly spicy with a hint of sweetness, you can serve it as a starter or as a main course. o try it at home and share your feedback in the comments below.

Ingredients:
250 gms Chicken, boneless
1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Ginger, minced
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tbsp Corn flour
2 tbsp Oil
2 tbsp Red Chilli sauce
2 1/2 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
1 tsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Water
1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Garlic, minced
1 tsp Ginger, minced
Spring Onions, white
Green Capsicum, chopped
Salt
1 tbsp Water + 1 tbsp Corn flour = Corn flour slurry
Vinegar
Spring Onion, greens
Sesame seeds

Method of preparation:
In a bowl, add chicken, garlic, ginger, salt, black pepper powder and mix it well.
Let the chicken marinate for 1/2 an hour.
Add corn flour and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken in batches.
In a bowl, add red chilli sauce, honey, red chilli powder, soy sauce and give it a good mix.
Add water, mix well and keep it aside.
In a wok, add water, garlic, ginger, spring onion white, capsicum, sauteed chicken, prepared sauce and mix well.
Add corn flour slurry and mix well.
Turn off the flame and add vinegar.
Garnish it with spring onion greens and sesame seeds.
Our Honey Chilli Chicken is ready to serve.
