Intel sources: Pak is shifting terrorists’ leaders in safe zone after India raised demand for strong action against them. Masood Azhar shifted from Rawalpindi to Kotghani near Bhawalpur on 17-17 feb. He has been provided with 3 layer security by Pak. Outer periphery is being guarded by local police while 2nd and 3rd layer of security is being taken care of by Pak army and Special Forces. ISI has been providing all support to Masood Azahr security.
