Johor ruler Sultan Ibrahim Ibni Almarhum Sultan Iskandar joined a crowd of more than 5,000 people at a Chap Goh Meh celebration on Monday. The Sultan gave out mandarin oranges as well as red packets to the needy and less fortunate during the celebration. The Chinese New Year celebration comes to an end on the 15th day of the first month of the lunar calender, which is also known as Chap Goh Meh.
